U asking for Max 1 or Max 2? Your image shows Max 1...

For Max 1 Prime model, the last firmware is 8.2.3.0. for the 32gb model, it is 8.2.5.0.

Think the Gallery App is having problem.

Some of the pictures that I've taken before show this when I clicked on them.

Some of the pictures that I taken doesn't show up in the Gallery app but I can see the picture in the File Explorer.

I am on Global Beta firmware.
