my wife is using the 128GB and I'm using her 32GB since it is still on MIUI 7. I am having problem to downgrade the 128GB to 7.

my wife discovered the deal as she wanted to keep trying for cheaper deal.still kept on trying despite i told her 2 sets at $571 is the cheapest.

we ordered yesterday and straightaway ,we self collected.
never see any specky plump guy though. only one specky slim guy attended us. no bad encounter.

For u easy for me difficult....cannot generalize everything very easy...

I can assure after flashing mutiple phones of different brands, this is 1 of the easiest to flash.

As long as you do abit of reading up and have downloaded the necessary tools you are good to go.

To the first timer.....Put in some efforts and read it over and over!

If you can use a computer and a smartphone. There is no reason and excuse why you cannot understand the very simple step by step flashing guides and apply it. Don't kpkb here and blame the preloaded China or hacked rom on your set! . Afterall, in the first place, you know you are buying an export China set without a proper Global rom preloaded wah!

Unless that person has the habit of being spoon feed and and a plain lazy guy!

I also didn't know a thing about Flahsing at the initial stage.

Some bros here are damn right spot on. Flashing an Xiaomi phone is the easiest among all other brands of phone.

Having said that, feel free to ask questions here. We are more than happy to help and guide.

just purchased and self collected a 64gb from them today. The shorter slim guy is quite nice. Mine already just auto updated to 8.1.9.

Try miflash beta if you are using the latest official miflash or via verse depending on what miflash version you are using now...

my MIL said she can't see the words on an iPhone 5S, so I decided to try downgrading the spare set of 128gb...lo and behold...

managed to downgrade 128gb to 7.3.15, finally. yeah i know its the oldest, but I'm happy with it!

so I gonna pass the 32gb one to her.

haha heng some contributor uploaded twrp ROM so that we can flash via miflash instead of using the command prompt, as well as waiting for the permission from xiaomi.
one shot twrp 3 xiaomi maxes,rooted it too: mine,MIL and my mum. going to twrp my wife's 128gb too.

4 sets rooted phones!
