Aliexpress cheaper. I bought one for ard 3.5 usd.

For those who don't mind paying $$ to get things done.

My friend got a Redmi Note 3 from China. He tried all the various flashing tutorials but couldn't get it to work. Anyway, I found a guy that does it on Carousell :

Charges : $22 (About 40mins) at AMK

He'll flash your phone with the MIUI 8 global ROM.

NOTE : I don't know this guy. But found his post, recommend to my friend and he got him to do it and it was done and settled.

My screen protector from aliexpress is finally here! Bought a full glass screen protector(gold frame) & 2 glass protector & back protector to try try. My clear case is not here yet.. after applying back protector, seems like I can use it naked without casing. Only the sides are not protected now. After comparing I decided to use full screen protector, normal glass protector does not cover the whole screen fully.

2) What is the reasons you guys flash the rom? Sorry me not good at this.partially the answer is above.. now mi max set if u get most likely is miui 7.5 rom.. there are miui 8 beta rom for global available for flashing... miui 8 got many many super useful features.
3) The package order online dont come with ear piece right?what phone comes with earpiece now?? think all my phone i bought from LG, huawei, sharp, xiaomi all no earpiece
4) Is the 2 pin charger striaght for round type? the indian set i got the charger is 2 pin round type. i would recommend u to get multi usb port charger so that 1 charger u can charge up yr phone, yr wife one and daughter one. i got one chotech 6 port 60 Watt.. means 2A per port.which support QC 2.0 for sale. if u interested pm me

Thank you both nakedtoes and audiology:) i would like to have the 4G ram and 128 storage even thought i have 32G sd card around but still worth considering your suggestions.

My LG G3 and wife V10 have earpiece. Thought thats the standard item. Its ok. I can use my current set.

If buy 652 then have to install playstore manually is it. Can be done? Wait till global rom out then flash them. Will likly order end of aug cos no hurry now. Will kept my eyes on the happening here :)

It is actually not that difficult if you follow the step by step guide from this forum. Even when I encountered issue, the Bros here really helped me. Honestly, I feel like giving back to the Bros in this forum but my knowledge is limited in this area. However, since I have done it successfully before, I don't mind to show or even guide anyone face to face if there is really a need from anyone here. Maybe we can set a date and time where all can meet up to do a global flash. Lol.

Forget to mention, I only know how to flash to Global Miui 8 beta developer rom.

Oh my previous LG phone is from Japan.. No earpiece. Btw u still can grab 128gb set now.. Most likely China rom.. U need check with shop playstore install or not if not u can do it yrself.. Need install Google services too else email can't sync too.. Steps u need to Google.. Quite easy actually. Think got ppl share steps in this thread. Then when global rom out flash global. U need to note 32gb and 16gb share same ROM. 64gb and 128gb another rom.. Cause different cpu.. 652 vs 650

Wah ... my wife's Note 4 died suddenly just now while updating Facebook app.

The Note 4 was updating Facebook app and it became really slow. So she rebooted her phone and the phone cannot boot up. I tried all the methods which I can find on internet but NONE worked.

Guess when my Mi Max comes, I may just have to use the Mi Max and pass her my Redmi Note 3 liao.
