It's Friday again! No sight of MIUI8 Global Official rom for Mi Max 32GB yet! :o

However, we will still get the Global Beta 6.8.25 later today! :)

Not that bad!:s22:

How do you update the Global Beta version to the later version? If reflash will it wipe your data?

If you are on MIUI 8 global beta, you will get the weekly update via OTA on the Updater app. By the way 6.8.25 already available via OTA (for 32GB set). 97MB update. It will not wipe your data unless you reflash using MiFlash. However, it is always recommended to backup all data before updating. :)

last checked should be <2 hrs......:s13:

talking about standby, means you're not using the phone.
each % should last for at least between 1-1.5hr upon standby.
if left the phone untouched for literally a day, the battery should not be consuming more than 16%. unless you leave WiFi Bluetooth GPS sync or whatnot on.

SOT wise..
if you're a mid user ,using the browser ,with music over earphones, occasionally on WhatsApp,
no problem hitting every % with at least of 7mins SOT.

I used up 33% daily with each % hitting at least 10mins SOT,because my usage is the above mentioned. including standby drain maybe about 10%.

so for your SOT of 2hrs with 76hrs standby not really impressive.
meaning you left the phone unused most of the time. maybe with the phone not in deed sleep.
the standby should have lasted longer.

I think my usage more or less r quite similar to u, browser, meradio, mp3, fb n WhatsApp etc. My CPU spy show that the phone did deep sleep at night in flight mode.

Will continue to monitor if I'm able to get any longer Battery life time..:)
