If you dun set which sim for data, you will have no data.

That sim set as data can go up to 4g whereas the other sim can go up to 3g only.

You can see the network when you pull down the notification bar...

So is not both line 4G. In fact 2nd line on 3G voice only. No data.

Eap sim for wireless@sgx only...

There is EAP to connect to wireless@sgx in mi max. Click the arrow on the right hand side of wireless@sgx and choose sim and click ok on the top of the page. I'm using it now.

Only those on China rom getting it I think... global rom no news, at least mine is like that. Currently still 7.5.7.0 (MBCMIDE).
