Read many phones switch over to either H+ or H during a voice call.
Is this a typical problem? Does not encounter this issue with a samsung or iphone.

Yes. there is double tap to wake function in Note 2 setting.

hi, i got the mi note 2 from lazada on 11 Nov. received it around 20 Nov.

from what i have tried it seems like android pay is not supported. at least I can download and install but cannot sign in.

There are rumors that Xiaomi has temporarily halt the production of Mi Note 2.

The likely reason could be that there's not enough flexible OLED display catered to Xiaomi and the quality of the OLED display has already been surfaced as inferior with many bad reviews online.

And Xiaomi stopped selling it already. On the other hand, the harder to produce Mi MIX has more stock.

Maybe Xiaomi is trying to focus on increasing the production chain for Mi MIX now, since the display panel on the Mi Note 2 by LG Display isn't that great as compared to Samsung's AMOLED display panel.

You mean audio via the 3.5mm headphone jack? There's no dedicated DAC in Mi Note 2 hence the audio won't be as good as Mi Note.

Also hear that there is no google play and need different rom to run.Can download manually the playstore like by apks files? .. Wanna try this phone due it look likes a note7 will the pricing be like $800sg even we purchase direct there? Am eyeing on the basic 4gb ram 64GB rom to play it out
