Oic. From what I heard, they only covers the items for physical damage. Means that if the item physically is ok but cannot turned on, they don't covers.

Did anybody bought any electronic stuffs which is DOA and successfully made a claim?

Seems to be region restricted. On my mibox gen 6, i can see the app in the gitv interface but when try going into the app it get stuck at the start where its verifying and then shows an error code. Will try again later when the match starts but there are plenty of other alternatives to watching the tournament if this doesnt work.

My Xiaomi TV 2s 48 is stuck at the Mi boot logo. I tried the home + menu and swiping left and right to access the recovery mode. Both don't work.

Is there any other way to fix this?

Is your remote controller IR or BT?

New update.

After 20 times of random patterns...

It works now. My remote is indeed the IR version. I had to turn on my tv using the power button under the tv and use Home + Menu on my remote.

I suppose the 2s version needs to do this instead.

Great! Glad that you managed to find a way. So did you managed to power ON your Mi TV 2S yet?

im a new happy mi tv 3 owner! :)
would like to ask if there any options for us to tweak the brightness/contrast or any of the tv settings?
is there any 'equalizer' functions for the sound bar?
or do i have to root it to get those options?

Wow .. great. How did you buy the TV and how much and how many inch? 70"?

Yes. Try pressing the menu key and see whether you can adjust from there.

The Equalizer is an app. There should be a QR code on the soundbar, scan to download the app.

same as Quest. bought it during the free agent promo and signed up for the prime trial. $2.99 for the international shipping and $8 for local delivery. $45 to crate it up. uncrating is a pain in the ass lol

i got the 55" though. my feature wall can't support any bigger TV :p

ah. found the display settings. felt so noob after finding lol
the qr code on the sound bar gave me some numbers though. or is it only available for android devices? any way to install it on the tv?

How you guys manage to find xiaomi TV on ezbuy ? I tried to search but couldn't find any xiaomi TV there.
Anyone can provide link for 43",48", and 55" ?
