How to reboot xiaomi tv ?

Sometime kodi/pudding might fail, so need to reboot the tv.

But I tried off and on back. No different.
Any other method ?

Currently I'm switching off the tv and then switch off the power as well.

Wondering if there's other method without the need of switching off main power.

Even if you press and hold the "Power" button, do you see the "reboot" option?

Ok. I found a seller on Carousell. I am in no way related to them and I don't know whether they are good or no good. But they advertised that they are selling.

So you can consider getting via them and you will be paying higher amount as compared to you getting it directly from China.

Regarding getting log, on this page ( http://www.miui.com/thread-2605068-1-1.html ) are Copylog archive, it is needed only to put it on USB and left it in TV. log will be captured automatically.

P.S. Is someone have Xiaomi mainland MITV service center email ?
