Opps! That is a full rom.. I don't know how to flash it in recovery mode with my bootloader locked.

I only know how to use Fastboot EDL rom method!

So, I think I need to do this: (Bootloader Locked - Global Stable 7.3.7.0). Correct me if I'm wrong!

> Activate EDL mode on my RN3.

> XiaoMiFlash.exe Fastboot to China Stable ROM.

After rebooting up to China Stable ROM:

> Copy miui_HMNote3Pro_6.6.23_6c1d519b52_6.0.zip to my Dwonload folder in my RN3.

> Use the Updater (So called the Recovery rom method) on RN3 to update to miui_HMNote3Pro_6.6.23_6c1d519b52_6.0.zip

Correct?

The phone is purchased as a gift for my mum, so nothing loaded onto it except the usual whatsapp. I left the phone at my desk and when I returned home, the phone is almost dying.

Wifi is on, but I switched off my router that morning when i left for work. I have no SIM card loaded. Not so sure if that could be the case that's causing the drain.

I have better don't flash anything stupid now. Just be patient and wait....

Personally, 7.3.7.0 has been solid. Smooth as silk and no problem at all! It's better than 7.3.6.0 especially in term of Apps-RAM management!

Actually, I am hoping for Android 6.0.1 to be available for Redmi Note 3 soon. Mi Max is already on Android 6.0.1 liao.

With Android 6.0.1, battery life should be even better.
