How come I always kana a screen that say something don't touch the top of the phone, press "Back" and "Volume up" to exit.

What is that?

Do not cover the orange area of the phone?

First check your screen protector's sensor cut out area got accumulate dust/lint or not. If got wipe it clean. If not try reboot and see.

sounds like the prevent pocket dials feature is turned on. can find it under Settings - lock screen and fingerprints.

I played with the settings, on off the Prevent pocket dial numerous time that day but it didn't help with the problem. In fact it's set On since day one and now also. But that same problem happened to me too but only on one particular day.

Anyone have an issue on the mobile network connection? i'm using M1 postpaid card and my network signal only showing G instead of 4G. Simcard in slot 1 and microSD in slot 2. running at latest firmware 7.3.7.0. TIA

the gifts is together when i order the phone...
i know there's 5-6 items to choose from... but i didn't take a close look at the rest.. choose the adapter straight...

because before this.. the grey set ran out while i was choosing the gifts.. so when i got the gold set.. i just hoot any gifts...

I tot the default set comes with 5v/2A charger??

Quick quick update to 7.3.7.0 lah! Waiting for Hari raya is it? Don't ding dong ding dong likes a lady! =:p

7.3.7.0 is problem-free and much more smoother in everything! :)

The fingerprint sensor is a minor issue and it happens occasionally only since day one and 99% of the time, it is due to operational errors.:s8:
