Both sim1 and 2 are working perfectly

So far so good. I'm really amazed by the performance of this Note 3.

Using this case u got try under hot sun or bright sun the auto brightness work?? mine like very funny in bright hot sun light the screen dimmed to cant see.... then i go hardware test.... and yes during sun light the reading is negative lux..... then i remove the case to try the phone reading is correct under sun light... and shade also.... then i put back the Ipaky case it work normal liaoz.... really puzzling me..

tried connecting my redmi note 3 to my office pc. it works. only my home pc cannot detect the redmi note 3. the phone is charging though

Any idea where is the light sensor? Automatic light sensor doesn't seems to be working....covered the top portion of the phone, the screen didn't dim.

Found where the senor is and it is working. Just that the Auto brightness doesn't seems to be working...screen doesn't dim when senor is covered.

Have you done the CIT test? If not you can try

1)Tapping "Kernel Version" under About Phone until you launch CIT
2)Go to no.12 Light Sensor and see the value for "LightSensor" eg. 80.0lux. Then cover the black bar on top of your phone and see if the value decreases. If the value doesn't change then something might be wrong with the hardware inside.
