I saw a lot of user here using ipaky case. Will it make the phone very thick and bulky? I admit it looks nice.

Currently, i'm just using it with transparant tpu case.

Keep the transparent TPU case to keep the good look and color of the phone. Don't cover the beauty! It is a waste! .... :)

I just got my Redmi note 3 shipment today. I am rather disappointed on 2 things
- the dual SIM card does not support let on both SIM card like Redmi 2 and use micro and nano
- the SIM card design is like iphone, you have to use pin to open, very annoying as I change SIM card very frequent especially for reason 1, which I have to keep changing SIM card when I travel, as only SIM card 1 support lte

Well I did, but did not really notice about the hybride SIM card le. I assume if Redmi 2 support both lte, then higher version cannot be worse off right.

Does note 2 also the same?
Redmi 2/3 and Redmi Note 2/3 are advertised as 'Dual 4G Dual SIM', but when there's two SIMs, it's on a 4G+2G dual SIM network combination.

Only Xiaomi devices such as Mi 5 and Mi Max support 4G+3G dual SIM network combination.

Actually some review mentioned it it support lte on both Sim

Should your network be supported, however, the Note 3 offers 4G connectivity on both of its dual-SIM slots (this is a dual-standby phone that accepts two Micro-SIM cards).

Confuse. What you mean?

So if I choose Sim 2 for Internet it can run at lte also? But Sim 1 become 2g?

Indeed, both slots support 4G networks but the technical thing is that when there's two SIMs in the phone, it's on a 4G+2G dual SIM network combination.

And also, the source that you quoted me is the MTK RMN3 variant, which isn't the one that's retailing by Xiaomi Singapore.
The MTK RMN3 supports dual micro SIM but no SD card support, while the SD650 RMN3 supports micro SIM and nano SIM or micro SIM and micro SD.
