Hi I bought a note 4x over the weekend and it's a great phone with awesome battery life.
I want to ask whether my global ROM preinstalled by the shop is it a official ROM?
If not, if I flash myself would all data be wipe out?is there a link to teach how to do this?

Anyone gotten a proper screen protector? The one applied for me has a gap all around the edges because the screen curves...

My model number also says Redmi Note 4 instead of 4X though the box it comes in says 4X.

Mine show 4 not 4X after flashing real global ROM.

I ordered this tempered glass. It's fully covered, the frame is make of TPU soft material. No gap edges. Perfect!

Finally managed to flash to this official ROM, google out the problem and managed to solved it.(miflash and the ROM have to be in the same directory)

The model number showing 4 instead of 4X though but phone working great, so i not bother by it.

Bought this note 4x on Qoo at $220+ self collect at Sim Lim Square on lvl 3, the shop seem to only deal with Xiaomi.
The glass protector didnt fit nicely at the edge, just order another one online from a different store to try.

Just like to add again, really love the battery capacity, great difference compare to my samsung

1)is it able to OTA or have to manual upgrade .
2)Any self collect for smartcell or solely online?
3) if got problem any return policy for smart cell ?
