that the mix 2s. not note 5.

such a feature doesnt exist on the note 5.
Yeah, you are right. AI Scene Detection is only available on MIX 2S, Mi 8 and Mi 8 SE.

Just checked the spec sheet of Redmi Note 5, apparently the AI only works for the Portrait Mode feature and Selfie Beautify.. :o

U can check online

If delivery address is Singapore

Means it has valid local warranty

http://www.mi.com/verify/#imei_en

Not sure. They guys at rwm was quite sure it's warranty is covered by xiaomi local..... Hope nothing goes wrong... I have full receipt to back up the purchase.

Anyway, the power adaptor fromnthe box is a 2 pin type and not the SG 3 pins. Just wondering what 4h3 configuration if anyone bought from local xiaomi shop (suntec)?

I just bought from rwm and the result says Malaysia hahaha.

Paid 298 for a black 4/64

Read the Mi A1 thread and saw one guy posted this,
'For Head ups. Just back from service center, the service officer checked my imei and yes it comes with local warranty even set delivery address is from Malaysia.

And they said that if set delivery address is with malaysia, Singapore xiaomi will still bear the warranty.

Phew. Thank god'

Redmi Note 5 support QuickCharge too, but you have to buy a third party QuickCharge charger as the supplied charger does not support it.

Yah sad is they don't give USB C for N5, maybe its always the trick of not giving us the perfect piece.

there thats a man who has fallen into the marketing tactics. good job xiaomi it worked :s22::s22::s22::s22:

I don't understand you. Multiple reviews on YouTube mention the AI camera processing on the N5P, gsmarena also mentioned the same

The only thing "AI" about the phone is its portrait modes.

The scene detection over saturation over sharpening can only be found on the mi lineup.

I have the China set 3/32GB and unfortunately i'm facing the delayed (or none) notifications from WhatsApp/Airbnb etc unless I open up the app.

tried setting these apps to autostart and disable battery saver but not working. seems like a common issue but only affecting certain users only.

my mi max2 on Android 7.1 has no such issues (as I migrated from Mi Max 2 to RN5)
