Redmi Note doesn't come with 4G, this is my considering factor now. There is really a big diff between 4G and 3G speed ...

Big difference in terms of ?
Loading web pages? torrent? Video playing? games ?

Really curious which part is noticeable, and which part just makes the brain think it's better because it's 'intel'.

this MTK chipset should not support Glonass but it's stated in the product specs.

GPS is the key reason i'm getting this so any clarification will be useful to all

2. 3200maH battery for 1.7Ghz octacore , 0.5 day use after 1 year
3. Arm A7 octacore , A7 core is used for power savings mode, having 8x A7 core 100% confirm sluggish
4. Use MIUI rom to mask the sluggishness of A7 core
5. 200g weight
6. Glossy plastic back casing, 1week in wallet with key chain sure scratches all over.
7. download at 4Mbit/s -3G speed , what is cat 4 LTE used for when stinktel already rollout cat6 LTE -300Mbit/s full by end 2014. stream all those blurry youtube stuff, choose those HD content, play for 2sec, download 5sec repeat.
8. $199 - Yes cheap, only problem is $199 throw into dustbin, since outdated product, rather spend $300 for updated products, once bought zero resale value.

no need rush buy note, every china manufacturer selling more or less same, TCL is alcatel french subsidary incorporate in china. For 1000RMB ~200sgd already out since May2014

I mean must compare a real note antutu score against urs lor. Copy cat tiong damm good now so buying than offical source needs to be careful. But urs is from xiaomi beijing shop right? So no need to scare rah

Have backlight. Right now I see my phone which is locked, the 3 buttons are quite visible actually even without light.
