I can change from Google pinyin to SwiftKey but can't change from SwiftKey to Google pinyin. While at SwiftKey, nothing happen when long press at space bar.

you may want to try swiping down the notification center when you are using the keyboard and they is a option to change input methods.

All three telcos have, but they only sell it at their shop with their prepaid cards. Online is only for postpaid users of the telcos.
