Aiyo very sway lah.. they are not changing or fixing.. cause i have to cough up $590 dollars for the replacement.. i am already complaining to the Sony Service centre.. stating that i dont want to pay any amount!!.. they say crack screen its not covered by warranty.. but from the way it is.. it not the gorilla glass that is crack its the LED inside that is crack.. hence cost a lot.. anyway.. i am waiting for them to revert back to me.. in the mean time i am using back my ip5 lah.. sorry xperia guys.. looks like Sony is my first and last phone to use..
I was watching movie with a bunch guy friends lah.. no hanky panky.
Anyway here's the photo...

Wtf? Never ask them how is it possible the internal LCD can crack when the external screen didn't crack?
Cracked screen not covered under warranty can understand lah but external screen no problem but internal can crack means it's a material problem already...
They simply cannot say cracked something = no warranty. Ask them for an explanation - how outside no crack but inside there is.
There should be some evidence of misuse for denying warranty, like some obvious marks to show that it was dropped or sthing. If absolutely no external damage (if there is, bye bye to your phone already), there is no evidence of misuse IMO. Why cant it be a manufacturing defect - like the LCD was already having a non-obvious hairline crack which wasn't detected before it went into the device?
Anyways, keep us posted.
seriously, never heard b4 any1 put a phone inside pocket n cracked.
if other brands fans read this thread... is a laughing stock.
i'm really curious about this.
no offence TS, i feel ur pain if ur display really cracks like that.
but please post a pic of the crack in a white background.
I have no idea why would u use the camera app and take the pic instead.
It certainly looks like u are taking a pic of a strand of hair located at the bottom left of the lens like what many have pointed out
