Xperia Z Crack Screen

Even if there is accidental drop, the screen wil crack? I tot the z screen is supposed to be built to withstand such incident...

For your information.. i have got it sent for repairs and its going to be working fine.. yes i paid for it.. and also i didnt drop the phone in the first place its with protective case.

Nevertheless, for those who are thinking i am just exploiting or lying to Sony... I am not...The phone was brought inside to be checked by the technician on the day it broke. The technician did confirm that its the LCD inside that is broken not the gorilla glass.

All good now. Also for your information, i am not even malay to begin with haha.. i was there at Bishan spoke to the counter girl and left. Not speaking to any managers or whatsoever wonder how that come about.

So I paid it for the repairs now waiting for the return of the phone.

So case closed. thank you !

Also there is no crack at the side of the phone. It shattered inside.. I really wonder how that come about to also, strange.

Yes, you are not a Malay Guy but an Indian guy and you spoke to the Aunty, it is the Manager which reject your claim for a new phone and he also give you a special offer price.

Definitely no as the service centre already confirm that he saw this guy and his Xperia Z, it is not overheat which result in the screen crack.

Guess this should close the case and hope the moderator to close this thread for further discussion.

Anyway, TS got his screen replaced. At least, that is one problem solved. Closing this.
