For your information.. i have got it sent for repairs and its going to be working fine.. yes i paid for it.. and also i didnt drop the phone in the first place its with protective case.
Nevertheless, for those who are thinking i am just exploiting or lying to Sony... I am not...The phone was brought inside to be checked by the technician on the day it broke. The technician did confirm that its the LCD inside that is broken not the gorilla glass.
All good now. Also for your information, i am not even malay to begin with haha.. i was there at Bishan spoke to the counter girl and left. Not speaking to any managers or whatsoever wonder how that come about.
So I paid it for the repairs now waiting for the return of the phone.
