Tried using my zero 1 number to register for the singtel app but it said number already registered. What should I do about this?

Zero1 Sim Card

Just to share with all, like the others who did:

I registered for "early-interest" (is that what it's called? :s13:). Rcvd the sms & email abt $19 plan on 26/03. Contemplated for few days then registered for 02 x new lines to try out and see how it goes.

Acct: 3xxx+ (acct mgmt still shows as pending as of this post)
Number: 9xxx xxxx
Plan: $19/mth

Basically, registered for new lines on 29/03. Rcvd email on 02/04 abt delivery on 04/04 btwn 0900-1300hrs. Xdel delivery came at 1200hrs, only in simple white envelope (unlike Circle Life; nice and fancy). Inside have 2 letters with different sim cards.

Inserted 2 different sim cards into spare dual sim phone (Vernee M5), everything seems to work fine. Operator name showing as Zero1 for both sims on mobile and 4G + 3G. Sometimes first sim will also show 4G+. Unsure abt what speeds I should be getting when I do speedtest as Im a tech noob :s13: (ranged from 5.42 to 64 Mbps DL and 1.16 to 35.4 Mbps UL). Made a test call using 1 sim, loud and clear.

Unfortunately, Zero1 doesn't seem to have an app like CircleLife to monitor usage. Tried using MySingtel app like what a few have done, but getting error "key in valid postpaid number".

Overall as of now, still ok for me as its just spare lines to test out and use on spare mobile. Anything will update and share here.

seem like those who registered after me all got their sim cards and I still got no news yet of delivery :(

This zero1 sg knn full of ****. Advertised as 3 days expected delivery. Granted that there is high demand so turn around time may be slower.

I registered for the line on 13 March 2018, till now (4 April 2018) still haven't delivery. emailed them no response. Gna cancel my credit card if I dont receive by end of week.

Use new MVNO at your own risk guys. Especially when they cant even sort out simple processes like delivery :s22:

must be some cockup...
i signed up on 28th, already got the sim card yesterday.

You are not alone. I registered on 27/3 but yet to receive any update from zero1.

this zero1 really is the worst service provider I've ever encountered
gonna just treat everything about this company as a joke from now

You should fb message the delivery company. They will help you contact zero1 and you will get your sim very fast. Service from delivery company is much more better than zero1.

xdel say they can't contact zero1 on the subscribers behalf

I have emailed them so many times didn’t even get a reply on the porting . It has been close to 3 weeks since I have received my SIM card already. No actions have been done

I stormed to Zero.1 office at goldhill plaza yesterday as my number stopped working on circles.life when i woke up in morning it says "SIM not provisioned". I know if i dont go to meet someone there i wont get my line fixed.

They apparently port over my number with no prior sms alerts. Got my SIM on 20th March according to SLA suppose to get ported by 2-3 days with no news till yesterday 4/4 my line is dead. Since my phone is dual sim i use Zero.1 sim temporary so i have data to carry on my day. Apparently there was a porting and Singtel did not provision properly on my old number cannot be reached at all.

Long story short the customer support manage to get my issue fixed around 3-4pm and i also got an SMS from singtel for the port over. Bizzare experience with zero.1 porting service and i did sent a long email telling them this is not acceptable and the are really lacking customer support and i have wasted time to get this resolve by getting a taxi to their office. Their process gap cost me money and time and i have paid a full month bill to my previous telco which are not refundable.

Oh well, that lady could only apologies when i met her also on the email i had sent to her the whole experience is bad.

So must cheong down then things will get done.after 1 week my acct still pending H+.any update from imda?
