This zero1 sg knn full of ****. Advertised as 3 days expected delivery. Granted that there is high demand so turn around time may be slower.

I registered for the line on 13 March 2018, till now (4 April 2018) still haven't delivery. emailed them no response. Gna cancel my credit card if I dont receive by end of week.

Use new MVNO at your own risk guys. Especially when they cant even sort out simple processes like delivery
:s22:

Same case here.

Here's my update, Sim received on 16th. Now April 5th already still have not port over yet. Just now just asked my current telco (circles) if there's a port over request or not, guess what? NO PORT OVER REQUEST. Furious as to what zero 1 is. My complain email asking why have not port over yet sent on the 22nd till date has not been replied yet. Looks like the last resort is to really riot the office already

Hello Guys,

I recieved my SIM yesterday and it is working fine. I am not going to port it to my old number. Just going to ditch the old number and use the new zero 1 number.

So far so good. But when I see the account management it still shows contract status as pending. What does this mean? Will the billing start only after the contract status turns active?

my bill starts from the day of registering. When you register and keyed in the credit card number, zero1 already charged $19

Realised something fishy about zero1

When you register, they charge 19 doller.

Shouldn't that cover the first month?

Why end of the first month, I still have to pay 19 again?

Can't be at the end of the first month, I pay 19 for the second month first what? Telco bills are paid for the previous month mah

The next time I pay them 19 doller should be at the end of the second month, tio bo?

Zero1 charge you for second month already? Supposed to start billing cycle on the date of sim card delivery, 2nd bill one month later.

I guess port in is a risk. You should take this SIM only if you are ok with a new number.

Maybe don't port in now. Keep your old number and request for port in at a later date, when things stabilize.

If I am not wrong for virtual telco, you will have to pay for the month's bill first. Meaning to say, you pay at the start of Mar for March's usage and start of Apr for Apr's usage. That's why people mentioned for circles life there is no prorated if you terminate mid of month. I might be wrong though.

Second bill should be 2 months later no?

If one month later, means I'm paying for the second month first?

As mentioned in my previous reply, if not wrong, you pay for the service first for virtual telco. Unlike traditional telco whereby you enjoy the service first before you pay.

For the 3 main telco, when you sign a line, your first bill will consist of current month prorated subscription + next month subscription + anything thats overused for current month.
