Yes, fill in the letter of authorisation which could be found under the help section of their website and send it to them with your copy of NRIC to orderprocessing@zero1.sg. I intend to do that when my contract is up for one of my line.

According to the website is can.. but don't think anyone here tried yet.

The unlimited internet is quite shiok. Now streaming YouTube or drama from other websites anytime anywhere. No need to worry data burst

You did not add your new number on the PDPC DNC registry? Same website also can complain about unsolicited sms.

to be fair, my experience with 01 so far so good...

i actually roi very late, account no. 6000+.
still managed to get the $19 promo (don't ask me how).
received their email invitation on 20 Mar to sign up.
after considering decided to give it a try, so i sign up on 29 Mar.
on the same day, received sign up confirmation email from 01.
on the same day, received email from xdel to schedule sim card delivery.
so on 29 Mar, i selected delivery date to be on 2 Apr (which is today).
successfully received the sim card this afternoon.
left the envelope sealed and kept aside, have not tried using the sim card.
pending final process, number port in.

follow up from 2 Apr:
received SMS from Singtel on 6 Apr (9:12pm), to inform that number porting will be processed on 7 Apr.
on 7 Apr (9:10am), received another SMS from Singtel informing that number porting is successful and the new sim card with my ported number can be used from 8 Apr onwards.
tried using the sim card on 8 Apr (12:01am), everything is working well.

total lead time (with number porting from Circles.Life) = 6 business days

this is really bad. NO phone number, NO facebook, emailed already - NO response (auto-repy doesn't count)

Now I'm stuck with NO data. Zero1 = ZERO customer service?

Hi, may I suggest that you restart your hp and check your access point name (APN) to make sure that you have selected singtel(postpaid) e-ideas...

My first line just got ported over after midnight, initially I can't get any data after the porting was successful, so I restarted my phone and everything works fine...

BTW, my account also indicated as activated. I'm not sure if it makes any difference though.

They said will rectify today right? How come mine still at low speeds despite restarting several times. Not even at 1mbps no, always at .30+-. Don't even ask me about my upload speeds. This is unacceptable.

Do not disturb registry. Register so that you will not received unsolicited sms anymore.

I also received the message of successful port on 7 Apr. But it follows by a message that can put the zero1 sim on 8 Apr. My circles line went dead at about 11pm on 7 Apr but my zero1 still show my temp number when I call others. Then I noticed that my data went off on zero1 sim after midnight, I tried calling my old number still can't get through... so I restart my phone and it refresh to my old number and my data went back to normal and number was successfully ported. You may want to restart the phone with your zero1 sim to see if it works for you.
