4. Getting slow speed after first 3GB of data?
Mobile data speed for the first 3GB of data will be provided at 4G/4G+ network speed. Thereafter, data speeds is managed to ensure all subscribers enjoy a smooth data connection regardless of the network utilisation. While the network speed varies, you will still be able to enjoy your normal usage like checking emails, using What'sapp or even watching videos on Youtube or going to Facebook. Your mobile data service will be restored to 4G speed at the start of your next billing cycle for the next first 3GB of data.

That statement is not correct, mine was reset on 1st Apr, when my billing cycle is in middle of month. Used up my 3GB 2 days ago... :s13::s13::s13:

That's true, same apples for Zero.1 and Circles.life pay full month no pro-rated refund even you are port over to another telco. They do not have the same T&C as the major telco out there that will refund the balance like M1 / Singtel or Starhub.

For my case Zero.1 arranged Singtel to port over my Circles.life line on 4/4 i wasn't informed of as of no SMS received at all . I had to pay full month of $30 to Circles.life and forfeited the usage for the rest of the month wasted money on this.

no... i think all telcos the same...

if u go red/yellow/green and subscribe their line with any contract... the T&Cs i believe also say that min subscription is 1 month... so min is have to pay for 1 full month otherwise one can suka suka sign up for a few days and terminate after using up the data...

How do u know ur data is reset on 1st? Based on singtel app?if so can trust?

I used up my 3GB already in Mar and only smooth on 360p. Received the 2 warning SMS.
Btw, I received my SIM on 15 Mar.

My speed went up again on 1st Apr, can stream smoothly again in HD.
2 days ago received the 2 SMS again on 90% warning and full usage of 3GB.

Contradictive statement from them. Say cycle start from receiving SIM day, but reset mine on 1st.

It seems that the data is reset on 1 st April for many subscribers. I did a test and the upload and download speed were quire high.

Do they send out a physical bill monthly or atleast online? I need it, because when I tried to register the new number for DBS banking, I got error that the number was previously registered by someone else. So I need to go to DBS branch and prove ownership. The only way to prove is via a bill.

zero1's service commitment is appalling, never seen any worse than them, really regret signing up

I guess those signup $19 can be considered trial users, helping them test and feedback their network and webpage, fine tune their staff training

Do they send out a physical bill monthly or atleast online? I need it, because when I tried to register the new number for DBS banking, I got error that the number was previously registered by someone else. So I need to go to DBS branch and prove ownership. The only way to prove is via a bill.

yah I get the same feeling, really have very bad vibes about this zero1.

My wife signed up with number porting from late march @ $29.90. received sim card pretty fast on march 26, but no sound no picture on exaactly when it will complete porting over, LL have to convert plan with existing telco to no contract low end 1GB data plan at a high price to wait it out. really regretted signing up with virtual telco, nowhere to kpkb .... I'm definately gonna go back to singtel or starhub after finishing my "no contract" ("scam") which is actually 60 days +++ may even be 90 days ....

Zero1 got sent email with the new number after successfully sign up new line. Login in to the account also can see the phone number.

Same as circle life loh. Port number to other telco which will terminate zero1 line immediately, cannot give one month notice need to pay one month subscription fee as penalty.
