I tried re starting several times...

But it still didn’t port over. I called SingTel they seem that they are unsure what is going on..

I also received the message of successful port on 7 Apr. But it follows by a message that can put the zero1 sim on 8 Apr. My circles line went dead at about 11pm on 7 Apr but my zero1 still show my temp number when I call others. Then I noticed that my data went off on zero1 sim after midnight, I tried calling my old number still can't get through... so I restart my phone and it refresh to my old number and my data went back to normal and number was successfully ported. You may want to restart the phone with your zero1 sim to see if it works for you.

Oh dear, do you happen to have another mobile phone to try your new SIM card if it can work? Just my trial and error suggestion before you make a trip to their office.

I signed up for the $19 promo on 17th March 2018 - received email confirmation.
My Account No: 300039##

Zero1 email mentions: Estimated Delivery Date in 3 Business Days
As for today, still have not received anything - it has been 3 weeks with no apology or anything.

I've emailed then a few times asking them to give me an estimate of when I can receive my SIM card so I can be at home, I only get a standard reply that doesn't answer my question. :-(

Wah your acct # so close. My bros 3000392#, ordered on 16 March. Till now zero notice zero news 😣

We read of $29/month applying way way way after us and getting their SIM before us, businesswise it makes more sense for Zero1 to process the $29/month accounts before our $19/month - as every 100 customers at $29/month account they make an additional $1000 per month. Can buy more peanuts :)

i think is random one ..i bought $19 plan from here and sign up on 26March received sim on 5April .account 30068xx

Can they solve the 3G problem at their office?

alot people have problem with their SIM with no 4G i believe they are aware of it cause singtel give them the SIM without provisioning 4G VAT on it especially the older/earlier batch of SIM they dispatched.

I signed up on 6 April, received notification that sim card delivery will be tomorrow.
Maybe the backlog is clearing.
