Please follow the steps below to ensure your device is set correctly for 5G NSA:
For iOS (iPhone):
- Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data.
- Select 5G Auto or 5G On.
- Restart your iPhone to refresh the network.
For Android (varies by model):
- Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode.
- Select 5G/4G/3G/2G (Auto Connect) or the highest available option.
- Restart your phone after applying the changes.
After restart, your device should connect to
