My didn't show anything but 'no payment required' under the web portal lol.

Updated: CS mention that it will be 1st of the month and they will charge on the 8th
I think we need to feedback to them to improve their app. Need to show bill start date, the app is not user friendly. Very messy. The app is like a port from web version to mobile version

"Dear Zero1 user, you have successfully activated the International Incoming Calls Blocking. To deactivate this service, log in to your Zero1 account and go to “VAS” under “My Services Management”. For more info, visit https://support.zero1.sg/kb/root.aspx"

sms received at 9.44am. Before that, i only have 4G. After that SMS, immediately become 5G.
I nv subscribe to international sms/call block. No wonder no such sms haha

while checking the web version of my account, i notice a 5G SA VAS there without a costing
eh same here
5G SA HLR - Activated on 21/10/2025 - S$ 0
In the iOS's Settings -> Mobile Data -> SIM Card Zero1 -> Voice & Data -> 5G Stand Alone can be flicked on/off.
Does this mean we are on SA?

where do you see this?

I don't see it says activated.

Mine just have an option - $0 and add to plan
I port over a line early Oct, this item was checked during checkout, but it is the same state as you - an option to add.

I have asked Zero1 about 5G SA HLR vas, here's the reply:

Please be informed that the 5G SA (Standalone) HLR feature is not yet ready for rollout. As announced on our website, the official launch of the 5G SA network is targeted for end December 2025.

The “5G SA HLR $0 – Add to Plan” shown in your account is a provisioned placeholder for the upcoming 5G SA rollout. It does not indicate that 5G SA is currently active.

HLR means what?

Google replied :
The functionality of the HLR (Home Location Register) from previous generations is replaced by a new set of core network functions, primarily the Unified Data Management (UDM) and Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF). Unlike older 4G/LTE systems that still relied on the HLR/HSS (Home Subscriber Server) for subscriber data, 5G SA uses a new cloud-native core that handles subscriber information and management differently.

Anyway no diff. Everything that needs internet load fast enough for me. Mostly on 5G. Hardly see any 4G. Haha.
