I am surprised 5G is not enabled by default. Which plan did you get?

They work very slowly... applied last Thursday today then get email says SIM "Posted"
That is slow. The last time I applied is 2 working days to get the posted email. Another 2 working days to get the sim.

Hmm Zero1 still on 5G NSA.
Email from Zero1.

Dear TyL3r_DuRd3n

Thank you for the email.

Your port-in has just been successfully activated today, and 5G NSA has also been provisioned on your line.
Please follow the steps below to ensure your device is set correctly for 5G NSA:

For iOS (iPhone):
  1. Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data.
  2. Select 5G Auto or 5G On.
  3. Restart your iPhone to refresh the network.
For Android (varies by model):
  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode.
  2. Select 5G/4G/3G/2G (Auto Connect) or the highest available option.
  3. Restart your phone after applying the changes.
After restart, your device should connect to 5G NSA where coverage is available. If the issue persists, kindly let us know so we can check further.
Best regards,

Yours Sincerely,
Zero1 Team

Eight 5g or 4g? If 5g SA Vs 5G NSA then the comparison is "kind" of fair :)
edited liao.
Eight 5G SA is nothing to shout about seriously. I rarely used coz the reliability was not there. that is why i ported the (eight) number to Zero 1.
