I think we need to feedback to them to improve their app. Need to show bill start date, the app is not user friendly. Very messy. The app is like a port from web version to mobile versionMy didn't show anything but 'no payment required' under the web portal lol.
Updated: CS mention that it will be 1st of the month and they will charge on the 8th
