Using CirclesCare? Ya. I tried a few times logging out and logging back in. Can receive otp and login. Using Singtel app, off WiFi autologin no need otp.

Yes, similar to yours I can use both Circles (as of now) and my Singtel app
However, I do not receive OTP from my banks like DBS, Standard Chartered etc

Do you face this issue?

I think so. Was really hoping that they finish porting before April

Happened to me during the 1st and 2nd day of porting(from M1 to starhub). 3rd day onwards working fine.

im getting 0.3Gbps down speed on past 3 days of using this **** and they dont response to email. its a scam if u ask me. no wonder people are selling their accounts away coz after they deduct ur money theyll ghost on you and the only way for u to cancel their services is to get ur bank card replaced.

I am able to receive OTP from DBS.
Able to get 4G. No issues whatsoever.
$19 a month now instead of $52 with circles. in 2 years can save $744 for a new phone.

In fact, some of us had asked if imda can intervene, and they are looking into it.

oh ya sorry it's 0.3MBps. its terrible. like you're using a dial-up connection or even worst cause its not stable at all.

Yes, It is stated on the address label that they paste on the sim card envelope.

Anyway, my feedback after using two weeks.

- Account still pending
- No 4G connection
- Stuck at 3G network, but internet speed 0.3Mbps
- Sometimes the network will disconnect and reconnect

*Tested with Sony Xperia XZ latest firmware

Email them 2 weeks ago and no reply until now.

Thanks OTP issue fixed after a day but unable to login to Singtel App now.
Hope Zero1 comes with their app as promised.

My friend used an old 4G capable phone, but got slow 3G nia.

But once he inserted the sim card into an iphone X got 4G liao.

You all sure it’s not user problem?

just received my sim card today. sign up on 26march $19. account number 6000+ almost 7000. my account still pending. speed test normal as still within 3gb. able to get signal 4G+
