Just recieved my SIM. On my Redmi Note 4 it shows Singtel 4G and on speedtest I get 60Mbps download speed and 38Mbps upload speed.

My Singtel app doesnt work.

So looks like I dont have anything to be disappointed about.

My friend used an old 4G capable phone, but got slow 3G nia.

But once he inserted the sim card into an iphone X got 4G liao.

You all sure it’s not user problem?

This shouldn't be user problem.

My Sony Xperia XZ is local set and Zero1 should be able to support all smartphone that selling in the SG

Means yours is a recycled number, 4g was never activated on that number.

Yeah I suppose so since new number is 8++ mine is 9++. Any method on user end to activate 4G? But even without 4G, the speed shouldn’t be limited to 300 kbps

Collected SIM card on 27/3 and only got 0.3 Mbps speed.

Waited for 1 week before emailing about the slow speed and the account pending status.

Account changed to Activated this afternoon and now able to get 4G connection.

Not sure if the change is related to my email.

Within 2 hours should complete. Usually around 11+ at night will start the porting process.

I received my sim card on 16-Mar till now still not port over. Wrote them many emails but they took too long to reply. Last email to them is on 2-Apr telling them I did not receive any sms from Singtel on the port over. Now i have to pay 2 subscriptions becos of their problem.
