Just confirm that early termination penalty is only $40 plus. Last time long ago I was saddled with $300 plus when I did early termination with starhub!

Your termination cost is determined by how many months left in contract x monthly contract cost. Your $40+ is likely because you only have 1 month remaining right?

I just notice my 5g plan when I call people it change to 3g isit Normal? After end call back to 5g

Question. My wife is on m1 and wants to get m1 Maxx. However Maxx is only for non m1 subscriber.

Can I port her to zero1 first. Since there's no contract. Then port her to Maxx after?

Go for giga $1 plan if you just want to use a telco for port over. See the giga thread.

I just received sms to collect zero1 sim card at post office. I am porting over line from Simba.

If i collect the sim on Thursday, does it mean that porting will be over Thu night and Fri morning onwards line will be at zero1?

Also, before porting, does the zero1 sim card have a temporary number?

Yes port over should happen on Thursday night around 11 pm. Insert your new SIM card around 7 am in the morning when the porting is fully completed.

Not sure if Zero1 SIM cards have temporary number. Personally I wouldn’t insert the new SIM card until porting is completed as it may affect things like iMessage and FaceTime for iPhone and could also affect the number stored in system on Android phones.

aiya too late i got zero1 NDP Promo already haha. but i can port to M1 Maxx instantly right once i'm on Zero1?

I wanted the wife to try zero1 also for the unlimited data, but she way more drawn to m1 maxx offering on talktime/roaming data/data haha
