Zero1 is upgrading our 5G mobile network from 5G(NSA) to 5G(SA), with support for 5G+ – unlocking the full power of next-generation connectivity. With a fully dedicated 5G infrastructure, your mobile connection will experience faster speeds, greater responsiveness, and stronger coverage across Singapore. This is in line with IMDA’s decision to move all 5G networks to the SA version and phase out the support for 5G(NSA) by 31 Dec 2025.

No mention of how the 5G service on plans <$15 will be handled.
Given that 5G(NSA) will be decom that is not an option.
So those will be back to 4G only ? Interesting.

Phasing out 5G NSA may cause a short dip in perceived 5G speed/availability during transition, but overall it accelerates 5G SA deployment and doesn't slow it down in the long run.

The idea is that instead of splitting spectrum between 5G SA & 5G NSA, consolidate them for use for 5G SA only.
So in principle it should result in fast performance overall. Actual performance will be anyone's guess.

31Dec25 - No more 5G NSA due to IMDA regulations.
Those that are not on 5G plan (i.e. less than $15) will not be upgraded to the SA network.
i.e. They will be reverted back to 4G.
Aligns with their promotion that the 5G was only for 3 months (i.e. 5G NSA will expire before 31Dec25).

That is a reasonable guess and is the most likely scenario.
