Just to point out after reading the T&C, it's not only the free 3 months that are excluded. The 30GB for World is also for non-Singtel port-ins.

4. The Roam World 198 destinations 30GB (365 Days) promotion includes free additional 30GB data roaming for 198 destinations. View list of destinations and operators here (https://zero.zero1.sg/resources/roaming-worldwide-preferred-network-operator/). This is not applicable for Singtel and Singtel-brands (GOMO and Heya) port-in. Roaming data may not automatically activate for pass holders. However, you will have the option to opt-in if needed.

7. The 3-month free subscription promotion is valid only for customers who are porting in their mobile numbers. Port-ins from Singtel, GOMO, Heya, Zym, Vivifi, and CMLink are not eligible to enjoy the promotion. Customers will get their 3 months free subscription on the 4 to 6 month, after their first bill cycle. Regular monthly charges will resume automatically after the free period ends. The free months will be forfeited if any change of plans occurs during the period.

Hi I ported over to Vivifi and noticed that I'm consuming the free 1-time 30Gb worldwide roaming data 1st instead of the regular 20Gb/mth Asia destinations roam data while in Taiwan. Wondering if any users from Zero1 experiencing the same issue or it's just Vivifi? Felt like I got cheated as they should only use the worldwide roaming data only after exhausting the Asia roam.

I was hoping they would deduct the regular AP 1st otherwise the free 30Gb worldwide is not useful at all unless it's for those that don't travel to the AP regions often... Wrote it to Vivifi to clarify but really disappointed. Looks like I really have to settle for Giga or Eight...

Any major diff between zero1 and vivifi? As both offer 15 dollars 5g plan but vivifi has 200 more talktime.

Was wondering if anyone faced any differences in service or app usage between the 2 since network should be quite similar under ST.

Z1 have app. Vivif is web based check utilisation. Service quite similar based on my interaction with them. Coverage wise same same for both. Plan also quite similar for same price tier although Vivifi have even higher tier plans.
