Anyone got guide or tutorial video of dismantling and what to wash and what not to touch for Panasonic interverter nanoe X?
X premium? If 9k blower top have a few clip switches switch to unlock. Then unscrew the few screws from the aircon casing. Casing comes out, the sides got another screw have to remove before removing the blower. Blower inside also have screw. Design abit like daikin and starmex. That is from my observation when they took apart.

no nv dismantle the blower. i wash with the FCU case on. then every 3 wash with casing on, the 4th wash will be without FCU case
So you are saying that the blower has never been dismantled for washing but just washing in place? How effective is washing in place? Thank you

colder than before.

how can it be. aircon temperature is controlled by thermostate.

As the thread is long running, I'm so overwhelmed not sure what to get for diy aircon service.

Can anyone advise what is the current recommended power jet and wet/dry vacuum to buy now and if possible where best to buy?

For power jet, I read that it can be very loud and thus brushless motor is better but not sure what brand and model and if have attachments dedicated for fcu and cmu washing, especially for the back of the fins, hard to reach angle, etc.

As these equipments can be bulky, I'm wondering if should get one for multiple uses to make full use of them e.g. car wash, sofa/fabric, steam function (got such thing?)

On the flip side, I've also saw some using just a hose attachment connected to tap for washing and bottle hacks attached to drainange so that can use normal vacuum but not sure if they are powerful enough.

Is there a list of essentials and recommendation that I may have missed?

TIA!

It feels colder because before washing, desired temperature setting cannot be achieve and the compressor is running non stop trying to achieve set temperature. This is due to choked coil restricting air movement through it.

The coil is so super cold but the fan is not moving air flow through the coil fast enough and push the cold air into the room. This cause high electrical usage and desired temperature cannot be achieved.
