You wanna try this method? Stand on a chair, put yourself in a pull-up position (Neck above the bar), get someone to remove the chair then slowly use your strength to lower yourself. Keep repeating these steps.

i tried but i prefer the support one, i feel like its more convenient to train

i train alone so no one to remove the chair hahaha

first month i train, really no progress, i train abt 2 time a week

then 2nd month i start seeing the strength gain, but still not enough

i eat alot protein during training days

1l nutri soy and chicken thigh hahaha

To avoid blisters, you should try to use the third segments of the fingers on the bar. To train the wrist strength further, using the 2nd segments will be even more effective.
That can avoid palm callus, yes.

However the right grip form is to wrap the palm over the bar such that your knuckles are pointing slightly forward.

You can try doing assisted pull up using resistance band too.

65 considered very good lo. Got one time, I push to 221 then all sorts of problems come. Tennis elbow, shoulder impingement relapse.

Old liao, thinking cut down to alternate days.
yes I guess cut down the reps and alternate days is better for the elbows. Perhaps you can do weighted pull ups for more efficiency?

yep, thats what im doing now

really regret that i stop training because of covid

Fitness is a life long marathon. No need to feel bad.

I started training this year. Start of the year was 10 reps 5 sets. Now 13 reps 5 sets. My goal is to slowly increase till 20 reps 5 sets.

One good thing when you progress slowly, there is lesser chance of injuries.

I do pull up will aggravate lower back pain. Got any tips?

Currently do 5 to 7 reps per set. Max rep long time never try, last year still could do 12 reps. At my peak when young was 20 reps.
