After certain years, management can't manage well , and the condo buildings run down. A typical story of BolehLand properties.It's a well-known fact to only buy completed condos in Malaysia, not unbuilt ones. And only buy in KL, full cash no loan.
those whom got burnt are just greedy & wanna flip. It's not the same as SG for those not-in-the-know.
