Loving it too, convenient for mobile work and with POCO Pen, provides better ease of usage.

forgot to mention, do check the specs comparison carefully

redmi pad pro / poco pad does have some advantages compared to xiaomi pad 7

they have micro-sd card support, and 3.5mm headphone jack, the main benefit for pad 7 is the faster cpu, newer version of android, and ability to mirror display via type-c

Anyone knows how to get HyperOS 2 update?

I tried changing region to Indonesia but it's still stuck on HyperOS 1.0.10.0.UNSMIXM

Also tried update after downloading the recovery ROM and selecting the installation package also didn't work as it always failed the verification

It should prompt the update without changing region though?

I'm in Singapore region, but i'm stuck in HyperOS 1.0.10.0.UNSMIXM

When checking for new updates, it will say no new updates

If your device has nothing important/have backup (e.g. Google One backup etc.) then reset device and try liao.
Should have received the update by now.

Otherwise, need visit Xiaomi Service Centre to check it out...

Even factory reset. still the same

I wonder if Xiaomi Service Centre will entertain this kind of software "issue"
