Agoda can only pay in local currency?
I need your advice.
I book two room via Agoda for $623 per room. It was Pay Later.
Yesterday, I got an update from DBS that they will be replacing my CC with a new CC due to suspect fraudulent cases.
How do I change the payment option to input my new CC? Cos I choose Pay Later and Payment will only take place on 24 Dec 2018. I can’t any change of payment option on the app. It’s not like Booking.com.
Any advise?

Call agoda and they would assist you ...
They might ask u to rebook ...

Made a booking recently with agoda for an hotel stay in bangkok.
However, agoda ONLY sent me a confirmation via sms.
There was nothing sent to my email (not in spam folder too) and there was nothing on their website.
So i proceed to book another hotel cos the dates of traveling are getting near.
I was then charged for cancellation on the 1st booking, which i did not cancel.
Tried emailing Agoda but their replies is like SOP.
Anyone encounter such thing?

Check your agoda account, there are records of the hotels you booked. You can actually request within ur account to send you the confirmation via email again or as many times as you want.
No leh. Subsequent booking came out and email was sent.maybe you entered your email wrongly ?

email is slow, calling is faster
Bo. Normally after booking of hotel, About 10mins like that you will get the confirmation email already. Best is check with agoda regarding your booking and you can ask them to check your history of cancellation.

Ya man. Super irresponsible answersSeems like Agoda is having issues lately.
I made 3 reservations for hotels in Japan, 1st two charges are correct, as on my credit card statement.
On my credit card statement, the 1st two charges (correct amount), descriptions are 'Agoda.com', iirc.
The 3rd charge is a different amount from the reservation on Agoda, description 'Agoda Hungary'.
Bank said it's an unsecured charged by a travel agency in Budapest. Bank cancelled my credit card due to suspected fraud. Emailed Agoda, their reply as good as never reply.
Don't think I will use Agoda again.

And if you didnt receive the email, why didnt you go to agoda and go to your booking and request to sent confirmation again??? Also under my booking, you can check my upcoming booking, completed or cancelled, go check
