That time just bought BMW and the conditions were great after July..... so like "no real urgency".

Now like it's getting worse day by day. Port Klang 275 liao and 6 Riau cities hitting the roof @ PSI 500. Wind gonna change direction soon in 2-3 weeks time max. Getting scared. Of course, everywhere like OOS till mid April at least.


PS. PSI 500 is theorectical. There is no such thing as PSI 501. My father in law said that he couldn't even see past 100 metres. PSI "1000" is not unbelievable. It's that frigging bad. Now he took ferry to Karimun (Tg Balai) to siam. Next week coming to SG liao. Really cannot make it. I Called him.

In fact, Beijing's record is 4X worse than our SG record @ 401. I mean, their record for pm2.5 is 4X worse than ours. Really don't know how they can survive one. I won't even feel safe with a N95.

I recently bought this from NTUC....open up...saw sticker residue on the surface

On the purifier, the 'Clear' Sign is always in green (i.e. clean air) even when i can smell the haze...

Is it considered malfunction?

Not the same model, but my new unit also shows green only when I turned it on for the first time. Is this normal operation?

Should be quite sensitive one. For my KC-840E, just a wee bit of haze one of the LED also would turn blinking amber.

In fact, I fart it can also detect. Not joking, not CSB. Same thing goes for my Panasonic aircon LED. Can detect farts.

What you can do is to try to whack your bedsheets, or pillow.....or just bring your pillow near the purifier and whack it. It should trigger near instantly.

yup i put beside my bed when sleeping... when i lie down on bed only the light turn amber, coz lying down on bed kick up some dust that the purifier detects and it auto turn on medium speed, after a while, green already it go back down to low speed.

Self collection for the freebie pitcher plus hopefully be faster as compared to home delivery.

Anyway mine is 2 separate invoice orders so by right shd have 2 pitchers
