Plain water can close one eye.
But purposely challenging the law, I'm sure there's a public nuisance act for that.
i would say is not a matter of what kind of beverage you are consuming but the intent behind for doing so
if one:
- is having it due to low sugar and need sweeten/Sugary drink to prevent an incident of faint of complication i feel the law will not whack you with it.
- is pairing it with medication .
- is feeding their babies and such
i would say these few of many other valid reason listed wouldn't result in the law smacking you in the face with consequence.
vs
if one is testing the system and broadcasting it in social medial to get views and likes, to showcase such behaviour is allowed without the law coming to smack them in their face with Penalty... i would say this person should face the full extend of it.
if ones intend is to test the system, then the person is fully prepare to face the full extend of the consequences that follow isn't it?
