There are many spectacle shops there, prices are affordable and competitive

If you all don't mind travel abit further to Mount Austin, can give SpectacleX a try. They seem quite pro to me but need to wait 1 day for collection.

is it more expensive to do it SG? or about the same?

Made a pair at the mall. Cheaper than my older made-in-Singapore pair of spectacles.

They are both expensive pairs of spectacles, but the cost savings is significant.
