30 metres is quite a huge distance for 5Ghz to work, even in line of sight..

Wifi mesh will not work that well when the 5Ghz serving as wifi backhaul is weak.

The Airties WiFi Mesh should be loaded with the latest firmware version that support Ethernet Backhaul. If not, we can remotely update the WiFi Mesh.

Since the flat has LAN point in almost every room, there should be no issue connecting each WiFi Mesh unit via Ethernet backhaul to have one single SSID.

Do let us know if you need further assistance or clarification.
