I think there’s a thread that says the customer service at MBS quite poor.
but that being said, there’s a difference between not being attentive to A customer that’s around vs not approaching you when your device is ready even though you might be hanging around. Cannot expect them to know you are there intending to pick up your stuff at the timing or you are just there burning time till the time of collection or what not, or just browsing.
the qns about whether a text is sent or not is a different matter, and you can also possibly put it down to cost cutting. But it’s still diff from expecting them to know you are there to pick up your stuff.
i see it as “opportunistic”. If it’s not ready, it’s not ready. They will tell you what they see on their status.
i see it as chasing if you ask them if they can go in to expedite.
The person who is outside serving and the person who’s inside repair.
asking opportunistically asking for a status update from the person outside is not chasing.
Ok. So you are talking about the lack of attentiveness in customer service. Yes, there’s indeed another thread that discussed mbs seems to be quite poor.
but it could be a number of factors.
but in terms of notification that it’s ready for collection.
it may be less of a digital issue, but possibly a cost cutting issue that we don’t know.
