The shop actually offered me 1450. I told him too high. He asked what I am looking at last sat. So I hope to get back to him on this friday nite so he should see it on sat.

Guys, 2x2GB + i5-480M is a better configuration than the 999 USD version commonly advertised. So it is not that expensive.

Also nuky8181 can you confirm if the 500GB drive is a hybrid drive or the normal SATA. Btw, which shop are you enquiring? I would like to ask them if they have the version with i5- 500 series processor inside and also to put a 4GB 1 slot instead of 2x2GB.

The shop is AAAs but not thru the sale ppl
