Now tempted to get the last color. Pink.

Then everyone in my family will have a tablet. No more fighting especially the children. One likes to draw on it so will be getting a stylus.

I'm reading Flipboard on one and will be used as my presentation tool with the Minix stick android PC doing Miracast.

Wife just likes the convenience of reading not from the phone.

Placed an order for a green unit with trans cover on 12th and received both items on 22nd. So far so good without issue and hunting for screen protector now.

Ordered on 13th and hasn't arrived yet

All because of Speedpost's screw up!

Isn't free shipping up to 3 weeks. Yours havent even 2 weeks yet la lol. I ordered stuff earlier than you haven even reach Sg yet.

I have no issues if they are genuinely slow but they came up with all kinds of excuses like "no such block/floor/unit" :s22:

Promised to re-send the next day but didn't.

With the postpac envelope I paid $24.85 . I guess for a big ticket item like this, it is okay but definitely not worth if it was say detergent.
Totally agree :s13:

Oh one thing is that amazon is prepared to credit up to $20 for my postage fee so pretty much, I paid nothing to send it back and they are already in the process of sending me a replacement.
That is the best part! :D

I did order a wd 3tb external harddisk from amazon, hope it turns out well or else shipping cost with packaging would be quite expensive.
No 30 days Warranty from Amazon like the Memopad?

The hdd does come with the same 30 days warranty. It is just going cost amazon a lot to receive it and I do not want to blacken my name to be sending back big ticket items because they do not work as they should so often.

I took a look at the memopad hd pink coloured one at best denski.

Its display beside a Nexus 7.
I hold both.

The contrast is a lot.
Memopad HD 7 ($249) feels really not solid and is much lighter than nexus 7 2012 32 GIGS which goes for $269. The Nexus is 32 GIGS while the MEMO pad is just 16 gigs.

The choice is choice is really pretty obvious if buying locally at Best Denski.

Memopad HD 7 pink colour on display. have plastic body and plastic screen.
Nexus on the other hand is glass. Hold and feels very solid on hand.

Unless locally also sells at $160 or so. can consider.

BUT locally sell for $249 (16 GIGS )and Nexus 32 GIGS wifi sells for $269,
It makes no sense to get the Memopad there when Nexus 32 GIGS is 20$ more only and double the memory.

Just my personal frank opinion.

Unless like the brothers here. Getting at just $150+ from Amazon its very worth it.

BUT having said that. The white colour one look not so toy-ish. The green, pink and blue make it feel like a child play toy feel. Like for begiiners tablet. The screen is quite alright actually its only the feel when one holds and used it. Perhaps its more suitable for Children and ladies.

It doesn't seem manly. :)

It is 249$ for MEMO PAD HD 7 It is a normal so call special price offered for quite some time already. That is the price many Electronic shops is offering. ONLY diff at Sitec is that you are given additional perks but at same price.

And this $249 is a widely known price. It is even mentioned by some bro here. on this forum if you scroll back.

And $205 at a local online shop.
If I can find the link will PM you.

$249 is a known open offer.
ONLINE shop some with same day delivery charge include free delivery at just $205 for this Memo Pad HD.

Its very light and feels very plastic.

Some ppl are just plane ignorant when you share with them they say No la never ever so cheap one :)
