anyone tried calling singtel to disable vlan on their side?

i'm not using telephone and mio tv.

can i do that so i can get a TP link Archer C7 to replace the crappy 7002.
Since you're not using Digital Phone and MioTV, I don't see why you cannot use other brand Router.

You don't need to disable them if you don't want to. You still can use another non-SingTel Router. However, it is possible to disable them in the Aztech Router by removing the configuration.

You can actually email to SingTel. I had done it for my Digital Phone line.

QoS does not limit the bandwidth of 1 device only. that is known as a bandwidth limiter which is not available on 7002.

i am thinking of using this aztech router to act as a dumb switch, when i set the router to bridge mode, there was no ip issued to the router
cisco switch unmanaged

i don't know how you set the router to bridge mode, but i think if you want the router to act as dumb switch, turn off the wireless feature first.

after which, turn off the DHCP server and do a reboot. after rebooting, connect one of the LAN ports to the switch then it should work right..

Hello, im running on only 30mbps on a 500mb plan from singtel.

i have adjusted both 2.4g and 5g to bandwidth 20/40 (used to be only 15) at router advanced settings.

Is there anything else i can do?
