Ya I had the same thoughts in mind when deciding between stack 2 or 24/25 and went for stack 2 instead. Stack 2 is the 2nd worst selling stack after stack 5. Even inner facing stack 7 is selling better.

Was pretty excited for him too. I think he entered at a rather safe psf. Normally I won’t waste time viewing a SF that I have no interest at all. This one really nothing to criticise except the price.

Reflection’s downfall is due to its weird layout with big pillars, sharp edges at some corners of the house. The location is not near mrt or vivo as well and most enter during peak. CHP 2 bedder layout honestly I got no complains about it. And with your entry psf, So I think unlikely need to reflect la. The rest is holding power. Hope u can hoot a amdl given that privileged address

Reflections inefficient layout & very high quantum. CP efficient layout & affordable quantum. Yours is a safe entry price, should not lose $$.

One of the first stacks to be fully sold. Most compact 2 bedder with 2 bathrooms yet with unblock MBS view and nice big master bedroom. Congrats!
