They mentioned that average selling price during weekend $3000psf supposed most of those sold were lower than the $3000psf threshold?

still got a lot below 3000 psf. Most of the expensive ones went first.
Lowest seems to be a 3 bedder at $25XX psf.

I think the 829 sqft stack #5 faces the big ventilator for fort canning mrt station also, so the low floors all not selling, but the higher floors #25 - #39 mostly sold.

for now the nearest blocks (park hotel / ue square) to the west of CHP is 144 metres away. About level 10 to 18 only, can block west sun meh? Next time got hotel already maybe can block, but the hotel staggers level 4, 8 and 16 iirc, so if you get the level 4 block in front, also wont get much blockage.

yep, 732 are the high floor west facing units. most of the mbs facing 2 bedders were gone very early.

Yeah, this is totally true as I know quite a few affluent Chinese families, and they love river valley clarke quay area. So this is like ticks on all their boxes.

All 6 units sold on Saturday within first few hours. Stack 24, 25, 26 still have many units left after VVIP. In fact, only 2-5 units sold for each of these stacks during VVIP. But they were also mostly sold by end of Saturday.

Yeah stack 8 higher floors were all the unblocked ones to see MBS yet further away from clarke quay noise. not surprisingly it went out fast during VVIP.

Left 146 units unsold as of 24 Nov i think, so about 79%. Unless more sold today to bump up to number.
My agent's site quite updated, got lowest from price and # remaining for each layout.

I was also monitoring this. This one would have been for investment, but in the end also sold out already. No more dilemma between own stay or investment.
