CHP 1 bedder are slightly larger than IHR's studio though and better located, so chances are it will be 1.0XM or 1.1XM for the first (few) people in the queue...

i was just using the same developer's marketing tactic when they first launched IHR to baseline CHP's 1 bedder pricing. They only had 1 unit at 99XK for IHR...

And bigger unit is price psf more expensive than smaller unit?

I thought the indicative price are crazy. $50m can get a FH GCB alr! And $5,582psf is even higher the South Beach Residence. Faster hoot Landmark Liao… the diff in psf is insane.

I can easily get a high floor Landmark unit for less than $3000psf I believe? W the same splendid view and not too far away from Singapore river.

I feel the key issue for Landmark is marketing, I don’t see any agents talk about it.

If u ask anyone hunting a new launch, they probably wouldn’t note Landmark either, they would know Avenue South Residence/ One Pearl Bank though, very strong marketing from the developers.

Landmark pricing is much cheaper psf compared to CHP even those park facing one.

i remember reading some of the stacked home posts, they were recommending buyers to landmark and FAR for those low 2XXX psf units. those were decent entry prices. market now already flew past that.. in few months only

I did a check based on recent transactions at Landmark still plenty at low $2xxxpsf level, if u keen can consider.

Trophy asset is trophy asset. Mark up seems inproportionately higher. Like champions league vs Europa league. But people still like champions league because of insane marketing and show-off value that is intangible. Which will you choose?

This CHP seems more like World Cup 4 years once price and product haha.. the psf for the penthouse is even higher than luxury condos in Orchard.
