300+ is pretty good considering 1200 cheques.

1200 is an acceptable amount for the developer.

I would have expected more given the massive hype & marketing around it.

I think most are going for 1b & lower quantum units. Maybe around 3xx units sold on launch ?

if i get queue of 381 for 696 units BTO, i will be damn happy... but this is CHP, so can only bye bye

Logically if those who wanted to buy CHP but didn’t get a good ballot, they wouldn’t look at OBP n LM. That’s how I feel.
But 1 question even though it’s integrated development… will there be separate private entry and exit for the owners?.. or will it become like mixing around with other patrons to the mall ..

2) Investors. If they were interested in OPB or Landmark, would have bought those long time ago.

I know a couple families keen on this. Nice views, good place to chill for the parents, while having a good primary school within 1km.

As for how representative of total purchasers, no idea. Will only know on saturday.

I think belong to the minority. For me if I have kids, I would rather get a 4b/5b condo elsewhere over a 2b2b here with the same budget. I think most with kids will think the same.
