Earn mile n rebate depend on the card u use.
E.g. uob one n boc family gives 5% rebate which can offset the 2.6% transaction fee. Sometimes if cardup promo code can offset more cardup fee also.

It is similar to internet fund transfer. The fund will be credited into the landlord bank account with reference that u filled when u schedule the payment. This will help the landlord reconcile the source and purpose of this fund transfer.

Regarding income tax payment : Eg mthly GIRO is $300. Total tax is $3600.

1. So if I pay say $250, GIRO for that mth would be $50 ?

2. What if I pay $1000 ? Does this mean no GIRO for next 3 mths ?
